Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details strictly confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out using your account.

  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met.
  • vd77 may place a withdrawal on hold if unusual activity is suspected.

Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

vd77 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

  • While the bonus is active, you must wager the combined total of the bonus amount and the original deposit 15 times.
  • Each member may receive this bonus once only.
  • If the conditions are not met within the specified time after the bonus is activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • You cannot use another bonus at the same time while one bonus is already active.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

  • Using multiple accounts or placing coordinated bets to take advantage of bonuses will be treated as fraud.
  • vd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Rewards received from bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they may only be used for betting, subject to wagering requirements being met.

General Betting Rules

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • If a bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, vd77 will make a decision subject to investigation.
  • Sports betting: if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

The vd77 VIP programme has three levels. A member can advance to a higher level based on active participation and loyalty on the platform:

Up to 0.5% cashback per week. New members start at this level.

Silver

Up to 1.0% cashback per week. For regular and active players.

Gold

Up to 1.5% cashback per week. The highest benefits and priority support.

vd77 reserves the right to change VIP level benefits and terms. Cashback is paid on a set day each week.

Reasons for Account Closure

vd77 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to verify age or using the platform while under 21 years of age.
  • Attempts to misuse or hack the system.

Users may also request account closure themselves — via live chat or email. Before closing the account, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided, however any ongoing bonuses will be cancelled.
